What we collect
When you book an appointment or leave a review, we only collect what you fill in: name, phone, email and your message. The self-assessment tests run locally in your browser, your answers are not stored or transmitted.
Purpose & legal basis
We use your details solely to schedule and confirm appointments and to manage reviews, based on your consent.
Where it is stored
Data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure (Supabase). It is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Cookies
Necessary & functional cookies: the site uses cookies to remember the language you chose and your accessibility setting (high contrast). During checkout, the payment provider (Stripe) sets its own necessary cookies to secure the transaction. These do not require consent.
Analytics (Google Analytics): with your consent we use Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics (with IP anonymisation) to improve the site. Nothing loads until you press "Accept" on the banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.
